Painting For Miles is an observational film about a young artists journey in search of inspiration for her first solo landscape exhibition. Corrina Earlie, a talented young artist from County Kildare in Ireland undertook to walk 900km along El Camino Del Santiago in Northern Spain for the task. 'El Camino' is Europe's oldest pilgrimage trail, winding through the arduous mountain heights of the Pyrenees and across the baking hot Basque plains, leading to the holy shrine of Santiago Del Compostela. Vivid and colourful sweeping landscapes dominate as the documentary recreates the factual and emotional perspective of the artist as she progresses along the scenic path and copes with its many challenges.
